First of Jaycee People Photos are released in People magazine on Wednesday. Jaycee Dugard, the California girl who was kidnapped before 18 years on her way to school. Jaycee Dugard now 29, is seen smiling broadly on the magazine’s cover. In the photo she closely similar to her childhood photos that have been shown around the world since she was freed in August – but with wavy brown hair instead of the straight blond locks of her childhood.
