Yoanna House, a 23-year-old babysitter from Jacksonville, FL, was proclaimed the winner in the final installment of the second cycle of UPN’s America’s Next Top Model Competition last evening. She beat other two finalists, Mercedes Scelba-Shorte, a 21-year-old waitress from Valencia, CA, and Shandi Sullivan, a 21-year-old Walgreen’s clerk from Kansas City, MO.
