Eighteen/18 years ago 11-year-old Jaycee Lee Dugard was abducted near Lake Tahoe, California. A 29-year-old woman has just come forward claiming to be the missing child. El Dorado Sheriff’s Lt. Les Lovell said, “We’re 99 percent sure it’s her. DNA tests are being conducted and the woman is reported to be in good condition. According to Abc News, A woman claiming to be Jaycee Lee Dugard, now 29, walked into a police station in tiny Antioch, Calif., Wednesday, her stepfather Carl Probyn told ABCNews.com today. Based on conversations his wife has had with police, the FBI and the woman herself, Probyn said the family is convinced Jaycee has been found.
