Miley Cyrus performed her new song, “Party In The U.S.A.” at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday and she also performed pole dance during her song. At the end of the night, the 16-year-old girl won six surfboards. She won awards for best comedy TV actress, best music with dance movie actress for the “Hannah Montana: The Movie”.
Miley Cyrus also won the award for best music single for “The Climb” and for “Before the Storm.” Even an award for Choice TV Parental Unit was won by Miley’s papa.

Though Cyrus was brilliant in her field but her pole dance is being criticized. During her song performance, the teenager climbed atop an ice cream cart and started revolving around the pole in pretty naughty manner. The moves she made during her pole dance were….!
On Miley’s performance, US magazine senior editor Ian Drew said,
“She already has this risque image, so it really wasn’t much of a stretch,”
Drew added,
“That’s how Britney took off. She was the good girl gone bad, and it looks to be working for Miley as well.”
Not even Disney, the “Hannah Montana,” creator seemed impressed as a channel’s spokeswoman said,
“Disney Channel won’t be commenting on that performance, although parents can rest assured that all content presented on the Disney Channel is age-appropriate for our audience – kids 6-14 – and consistent with what our brand values are.”
Miley was probably trying to be like Britney Spears as she is a huge fan of Britney, but she is too young for this.
